THE VICTIM

- EDGAR LIONHEART -
Born without a cent to his name, Mr. Lionheart built a film empire from the ground up, with sweat, blood, and tears. Although charming and friendly in the public eye, he was known for being notoriously strict about his business practices, but that perfectionism seems to have built him a multi-million dollar empire. Over the last few years, Lionheart seems to have been producing less and less films, being even more selective with his projects. Today, he celebrates his 75th birthday.

THE SUSPECTS

- UNCLE DEADLY -
Uncle Deadly was a once-lauded actor who previously worked for Mr. Edgar Lionheart over a decade as a loyal collaborator and friend. Five years ago, in a highly publicized trial, he was convicted of murder. Although he was eventually declared innocent, he was removed from any future collaboration with Lionheart Films.

- DAMIEN LIONHEART -
Damien Lionheart is one of Mr. Edgar Lionheart’s children who went galavanting off into the world when he became old enough to do so. He has never worked a day in their life, and has been living off of Mr. Lionheart’s funds for years. Every month, there seems to be a new rumor about him having a wild sex party in some far-off European country or throwing ragers down in the bowels of Los Angeles. As far as the tabloids are concerned, he seems perfectly content to continue this freewheeling lifestyle for as long as possible.

- MICHAEL MYERS -
Michael Myers is one of Mr. Edgar Lionheart’s most loyal and trusted employees, having worked with him for nearly seven years. Although originally hired as a chauffeur, he has been seen around the estate fulfilling various other odd jobs, such as bringing in heavy packages or rearranging the flower beds in the garden. The man never takes his mask off, and is seen quite frequently at Mr. Lionheart’s side.

- CAPTAIN AHAB -
Captain Ahab is one of Mr. Edgar Lionheart’s children. Ahab has worked with his father for almost their entire adult life, with many believing that he will succeed his father in managing Lionheart Films. Obsessive and driven, he knows what it takes to make it in the film industry, even if others question the decisions they may make.

- JAMES MORIARTY -
Professor James Moriarty is a math professor that teaches at the local university. He formerly worked as a tutor for the Lionheart children. Now that they have grown, he remains a loyal friend of the Lionhearts and can be seen around the estate. He seems well-educated and charming, and is generally regarded as a well-respected member of the community. He carries a cane, and complains that his back isn’t what it used to be.

- JIMMY MCGILL -
Jimmy McGill is a lawyer associated with the Lionheart Estate, responsible for managing any legal matters with the family and the film production company, Lionheart Films. He has been employed by the Lionhearts for many years, and has seen many other clients throughout the town, as well. His charm and acute knowledge of the blind spots of the law has won him many trials over the years.

- JOHN CONSTANTINE -
John Constantine is a chief reporter for the local newspaper, The Daily Rag. Always on the lookout for a good story, he likes snooping around for juicy secrets in the hopes that he’ll make it big. He’s known for being rather competitive and being the first to cover any exciting story.
